❤️Payment❤️❤️Payment must be done upfront before I start the commission.❤️Payment can be paid either full upfront or half upfront and the other half before the final product is emailed.❤️Payment is done via Venmo and must be paid within 48 hours of commission acceptance.🧡Refunds🧡🧡If the customer wishes to cancel the commission after I've sent the initial sketch, a 50% refund will be issued.🧡There will no longer be a refund issued in the event of cancellation after I've moved on to the line art stage of the commission.🧡In the event that I cancel in the middle of a commission, I will issue a 70% refund to the customer.💛Process💛💛After I receive the commission request, I will ask for payment after the commission details are finalized. After payment is received, I will start working on the commission.💛I will send progress updates throughout the entire process and make sure the commission is to the customer's liking.💛After the commission is finished I will email the finished product to the customer.💚Time/Progress💚💚Commissions will take anywhere from one week - one month. However, the time taken depends on the complexity of the commission as well as my workload.💚I will not accept fixed deadlines or be rushed to complete a commission.💙Additional Fees💙💙The customer has up to 3 free edits/revisions in the sketch stage of the commission. After the sketch stage, I will not make another edit without an additional fee of $10 (per edit.)💙However, flat colors can be changed before shading has begun. Any changes will count as an edit.💙Changes can't be made to the canvas size past the sketch stage.💙A canvas will be anywhere between 1000 x 1000 - 2000 x 2000. Additional sizes can be discussed.💜Complexity/Backgrounds💜💜An additional fee may be charged depending on the complexity of the character design, as well as the background.💜A flat-colored background is free, however, a complex background with an environment will increase the price of the commission.💖Additional Characters💖💖An additional character is half the price of the original character, as well as any characters added after that.
